Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Digital Press Operator to join our team. This full-time, on-site position with hands-on digital press experience and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Operate digital printing press efficiently and safely. Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet customer specifications. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs when necessary. Work closely with production and other team members to meet deadlines. Qualifications Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English. Experience with HP digital presses is preferred. Experience in a publishing print environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required Training We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
