PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR TEAM LEAD

Automation Personnel Services is seeking several Press Brake Operator Team Lead for a manufacturing company located in Ringgold, GA. Qualified candidates will have previous knowledge of specializ ing in setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to bend, fold, and shape metal components based on blueprints and technical specifications. Pay Rate $2 6 .00 and up per hour based on experience Shift and Schedules Day shift: 6:00 a m-4:45 p m Monday-Thursday and overtime Friday Night sh ift: 6:00 p m-4:45 a m Monday-Thursday and overtime Friday Press Brake Operator Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage team of sheet metal workers
• Controlling the press brake to bend, punch, or form metal sheets and plates.
• Selecting proper tools, setting up the machine (CNC or manual), and performing test runs to ensure accuracy.
• Use drawings and blueprint s to understand job requirements
• Measuring, inspecting, and monitoring finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.

REQUIRED

• Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted)
• Proficiency in shop math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and basic geometry.
• R ead blueprints and ensure precision in every bend
