Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain press brake equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet established safety and quality standards. This role plays a key part in supporting workflow efficiency by following production priorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The Press Brake Operator will also operate cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed. This position may include assisting with Prefab responsibilities, training other operators, and participating in cross-training across additional machines and departments. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards at all times Operate and maintain press brake equipment and other related machinery Follow Prefab priority lists and established production processes Form and brake components according to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Complete documentation including job tracking, time reporting, and redline/blueprint updates using computer systems Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to move and handle materials safely Support training and development of new and existing press brake operators Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Promote a positive team environment built on integrity, accountability, and pride in workmanship Participate in ongoing skill development and cross-training opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Experience operating and maintaining press brake equipment Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment (or willingness to be trained) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Strong attention to detail with accurate measurement and inspection skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to train and support other team members Strong problem-solving skills related to equipment and production processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience operating press brakes or similar machinery preferred Experience with forklifts, cranes, or material handling equipment is a plus Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting required
