Full-Time About the Company We are hiring for a growing manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village, IL that specializes in manufacturing industrial cooling and heat-transfer equipment used in large-scale industrial applications, including systems supporting modern data centers and other critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and safety are important to the production process. Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join the manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shift . The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machinery and working with sheet metal in a production environment. Responsibilities Operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production drawings Set up machines and select appropriate tooling as needed Measure parts to ensure they meet required specifications Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Make adjustments to equipment as needed Follow production schedules and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications Previous Press Brake Operator experience required Manufacturing or sheet metal experience preferred Ability to read work orders and production drawings Experience using measuring tools Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be willing to work overtime and weekends Shifts & Pay 1st

•$24.00/hour Pay is based on experience and shift.
