You would be responsible for operating and maintaining the press brake machines to bend and shape various types of metal for our products. This role will include preparing, setting up, and adjusting the press brake as required by the product plans and production schedule. It is also vital to ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available. 2nd Shift - Up to $25/hr., depending on experience Weekend - Up to $26/hr., depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of production of parts on press brake Machine operation Work with production engineering to pull programs for production Separate, label/catalog completed parts Daily start-up & shut-down procedure Daily end-of-day clean-up of machine Regular maintenance of tools Clean & lubricate tooling upon completion of daily production Floor cleaning in surrounding area Quality inspecting of parts and materials.

Qualifications:

5+ Experience in operation of Press Brake required High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/prints Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers Ability to understand machine programs Ability to modify machine programs Ability to use PC for basic editing; logging #IND102
