Responsibilities Operate press brake and punch press machines efficiently. Utilize tape measures, calipers, and other tools to ensure precision in sheet metal fabrication. Handle materials and perform machine setup for fabrication tasks. Maintain an organized and clean workspace in alignment with facility standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating press brake and punch press machines. Experience with tape measures and calipers. Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication processes. Ability to perform machine setup and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with brake press and laser operations is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is for the first shift, running from 3pm to 1am on a four-day work week (4 ten-hour days). Opportunities for overtime are available. The work environment is organized, clean, and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
