Hartford, WI
Shift:
1 st , 6:00-4:30pm M-TH (4:00am and 5:00am start times are also offered)
Pay:
$19-28.00/hour
Summary:
A Press Brake Operator sets up, operates, and maintains press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets according to specifications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting proper tooling, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring precision and quality control. The operator must follow safety procedures, inspect finished parts, and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines Bend, shape, and form sheet metal to specifications Read blueprints and work orders Select and install tooling Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures Follow safety and quality standards Package and prepare finished parts Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring tools accurately Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job packets. Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
