Hours:
5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday We are seeking Press Brake Operators to join a manufacturing team in Racine, WI. We are open to both experienced Press Brake Operators who can independently set up and run complex parts, as well as mechanically inclined candidates with basic blueprint reading experience who are interested in being trained. Press Brake Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Set up and operate press brake equipment
  • Produce complex fabricated metal parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
  • Select appropriate tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
  • Use measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Troubleshoot setup and production issues
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards
Press Brake Operator Requirements:
  • Previous press brake setup and operating experience
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills
  • Ability to independently set up and run complex parts
  • Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and fabrication processes
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Previous press brake setup and operating experience
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills
  • Ability to independently set up and run complex parts
  • Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and fabrication processes
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic blueprint reading skills
  • Manufacturing, machine operating, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience preferred
  • Good math and measurement skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn press brake setup and operation
  • Dependable work history and good job tenure
  • Ability to work independently after training
