Responsibilities Manage end-to-end print production processes, including digital printing, large-format printing, and press operations. Oversee machine operation and industrial equipment adjustment to optimize quality and productivity. Coordinate with graphic design teams to interpret production documents accurately and ensure alignment with project specifications. Maintain rigorous quality control standards through color management, typography checks, layout design verification, and print accuracy assessments. Supervise the setup and operation of prepress software to prepare files for printing, ensuring color consistency and technical precision. Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical issues or machine malfunctions across various printing equipment such as large-format printers and press machinery. Implement manufacturing best practices in cutting, paper binding, machining, and finishing processes to deliver polished final products efficiently. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all aspects of print production while fostering a proactive safety culture among team members. Qualifications Proven experience in print production management or a related manufacturing environment with a focus on graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating industrial printing equipment including digital printers, large-format printers, screen printing setups, and flexo presses. Expertise in color management techniques to achieve consistent color reproduction across various media. Skilled in interpreting complex production documents and technical specifications for print advertising or packaging projects. Proficiency in prepress software for layout design, file preparation, and quality assurance processes. Excellent understanding of typography, layout design principles, and print finishing techniques such as cutting and paper binding. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues swiftly while maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the production cycle.
