Job Description

Flexo Operator Details:

Direct Hire position $52,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Set up and operate flexographic printing and folder-gluer machines. Review work orders and adjust machine settings for print quality, registration, ink, glue, and folding. Monitor production, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Complete routine maintenance, replace machine components, and maintain accurate production records. Follow 5S housekeeping, safety procedures, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals

Flexo Operator Qualifications:

MUST have Flexo experience, this is non-negotiable per the client. Some sort of corrugated packaging experience.

Machine:

SNS 50" Flexo-Folder-Gluer, it is from the 1970's so an older machine Industrial manufacturing facility. Production equipment for corrugated packaging manufacturing. Inventory and warehouse operations. Shipping and logistics. Engineering and packaging design collaboration.
