AM Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

Operates the Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes, Flowmaster-6 pocket, and/or other intelligent inserter equipment on the production floor, during the assigned time frames, to the quality standards established by the Production Supervisor. Job set up Equipment operation that inserts printed matter, primarily direct mail Follow job orders and special instructions Oversee output and adjust as necessary Mail sorting and traying as needed Completion of production paperwork Quality Control steps completed accurately Maintenance of a clean work area, as well as other duties and responsibilities assigned by the production supervisor Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to get the job done

Requirements Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year experience operating mail inserting equipment. Experience operating Pitney Bowes Flowmaster, Epic and/or Bell & Howell a huge plus Great knowledge in standard job setups and operating features of the inserter equipment Solid Math skills Solid written and verbal communications skills Ability to identify inadequate machine operation and make basic adjustments. Ability to read and understand Zip reports Ability to sort and tray mail Strong mechanical skills required Comfortable working within a team environment

Education :

High School degree or equivalent trade school training

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 3 hours Lift up to 50lbs Intermittent bending up to 3 hours.
