Shift Supervisor Job Overview Setup & operate various web and cut sheet printing presses. Produce high quality products in the most efficient and cost-effective manner with attentiveness to customer specifications, delivery requirements and production targets. Promote teamwork and a safe work environment. Responsibilities and Duties

• To perform the duties of set-up and running of toner and inkjet machines in our Digital Pressroom
• To strive for a high degree of quality and quantity in all products produced to meet customer and division requirements.
• To inspect the work area daily, insuring that it is exceptionally clean and well organized.
• To be familiar with and adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including but not limited to standards of performance, attendance policy, substance abuse policy, housekeeping, safe working habits, etc.
• To maintain effective and open communication with supervisors and coworkers on any matters impacting the production and/or distribution of the product, and to report to the supervisor other matters requiring his/her attention. Qualification Requirements
• Requires repetitive bending, walking and standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Must have the ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines. Must have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all personnel.
• Experience preferred but will train the right person.

$21.00 - $32.00 per hour
