You will be responsible for managing machine operations and setups, ensuring that all output meets rigorous safety, quality, and efficiency benchmarks. Compensation and Schedule:

Earn a competitive rate of $20 per hour. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30am to 3:00pm. This is a contract-to-hire position offering comprehensive benefits upon permanent hire, such as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Benefit from company-provided holidays. Core Duties:

Utilize die-cut press machinery to produce high-quality components in alignment with production timelines. Execute machine changeovers and job setups by strictly adhering to provided protocols. Verify that all finished goods satisfy customer requirements and quality benchmarks. Help maintain precise manufacturing logs and complete all necessary production paperwork. Conduct routine maintenance on presses and notify the Production Supervisor regarding any mechanical concerns. Promote a safe and orderly workspace by cleaning equipment and managing tooling with care. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, Kaizen events, and Lean Manufacturing goals. Uphold all established quality standards, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with your colleagues to boost overall team productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Prior experience in machine operation or general manufacturing is preferred, with die-cut press background being an advantage. Fluency in both Spanish and English, including reading and writing proficiency. Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude to assist in resolving minor equipment malfunctions. Possess the ability to interpret work instructions and execute standardized manufacturing procedures. Maintain fundamental computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel. Apply strong mathematical skills and meticulous attention to detail to your daily tasks. Capable of lifting over 30 pounds on a consistent basis during your shift. Proven track record of success within a fast-paced production environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts or quality standards like IATF/TS16949 and

ISO 9001

is a plus. Prior exposure to PLEX ERP or similar manufacturing software is considered an asset.
