Manufacturing Team Leader - 3rd ShiftMonday-Friday | Competitive Pay | Leadership OpportunitySheridan MN is seeking a Team Leader to lead nightly bindery production operations, ensuring high-quality output, while meeting customer quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead bindery team operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvementsMaintain maximum plant productivity and quality control.

Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers.

Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all-pertinent information is forwarded to oncoming Production Support Leader.

What We're Looking For:

Four years + in manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to plan, organize, direct, and lead.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
