Conveniently located in Fairfield, NJ, our growth has permitted us to seek an experienced individual who is looking to grow personally and professionally as a contributor to the success of our dynamic organization while serving customers in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY

The applicant should have good work ethics and be a successful hard worker with a vast understanding on how to operate the Mark Andy presses along with earlier version models. Responsible for the set-up and operation of single and multi-color printing presses in accordance with the printing specifications and customer requirements and expectations. Knowledge of UV and LED Based Inks, Hybrid Print Flexo/Digital, Cold Foil, Lamination, Die cutting & Varnishes

REQUIREMENTS

Must Be reliable Work Flexibility - overtime as required, random weekends Facilitate finished goods according to priority Continuously improve job runs and process flow with minimal waste Maintain work logs, keep accurate details of workflow and able to report job status details upon request Lifting and loading heavy spools of paper for press operation Ability to read, write and communicate in English Standing/wlaking daily for time required.
