Finishing Supervisor Pearl Leather Finishers —

Johnstown, NY Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 AM-1:00 PM Some Saturdays required

Pay:

Based on level of experience Pearl Leather Finishers is looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to manage daily spray line operations and employees. This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for keeping production running safely while meeting customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

Verify spray line setup for each production run Direct spray line activities and employees Monitor finished product quality Maintain required process control charts Direct spray line startup and shutdown procedures Complete required process documentation Maintain a clean and safe work area Ensure adherence to company safety policies Stop production when necessary due to a quality problem

Qualifications:

Experience with spray line operation and managing employees Familiarity with customer quality requirements Manufacturing experience preferred High school diploma required Dependable with good communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a hands-on production environment Please supply a phone number and email address.
