Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime on Friday if needed)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Acme Multiple Spindle Operator who takes pride in producing top-tier parts and wants to grow within a supportive, hands-on environment. Position Overview The Acme Multiple Spindle Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Acme multi-spindle screw machines to produce precision components that meet customer and company specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Setup and operate multiple spindle screw machines safely and efficiently Read blueprints and verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for optimal machine performance Perform routine maintenance, tool sharpening, and setup changes Monitor production runs to ensure consistency and quality standards are met Maintain accurate documentation and report production issues promptly Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications 3-5 years of experience operating multiple spindle or screw machines Ability to set up and troubleshoot multi-spindle machinery Strong understanding of blueprint reading and mechanical drawings Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Reliable, hardworking, and a team player Drug-free workplace compliance required What We're Looking For Experienced operators who take pride in quality and precision Dependable individuals ready to contribute to a small, dedicated team Problem solvers with a proactive approach to production challenges Benefits Family-owned, small-shop culture 401(k) Health & Life Insurance Dental Reimbursement Paid Time Off / Vacation Employee Assistance Program Join a team where craftsmanship counts and your skills make a difference.
