Experience Requirements Machine operation or machine setup experience preferred Technology-minded with an interest in automation Experience working with Mesh Machine and Versa equipment is a plus Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Resume required for interview consideration Job Duties Set up and operate manufacturing equipment Monitor machines to ensure quality production Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting Follow production specifications and work instructions Support continuous improvement and automation processes Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete quality checks and documentation as required Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
