: Preps jobs according to the schedule for LPSP area, i.e. ink, stock, dies, etc. and delivers to appropriate press Keeps the presses stocked with press supplies such as tape, flags, solvents, cleaners, cores etc., on a daily basis Covers lunch and breaks for press operators to keep press running. Assist Press Operators with clean up when possible Responsible for inventory of press supplies, and maintains communication with Supervisor regarding supplies needed Can be a back-up for the slitter operator In charge of distributing cleaning rags to all areas that use them Responsible for setting up and grounding the 55 gallon containers of solvents received for press. Responsible for checking in flatbed dies, making the file envelope marking with the appropriate number and filling. Demonstrates a commitment to achieving excellent customer service by working effectively as part of a team and by complying with the requirements to continually improve our system Maintains a positive contributory attitude at all times when dealing with supervision, customers and/or co-workers. Performs additional duties when assigned or as situation dictates Completes all responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner Complies with all Quality Management System requirements as they relate to areas of responsibility
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem solving ability.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged standing. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a press. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
