We pride ourselves on producing high-quality work, meeting tight deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator who takes pride in producing quality work, works efficiently, and enjoys being part of a team. Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses Register multi-color jobs accurately and efficiently Maintain print quality throughout production runs Mix inks and make color adjustments as needed Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure jobs meet quality standards before moving to finishing Work closely with production staff to maintain schedules Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Qualifications 1+ years of professional screen printing experience Experience operating automatic presses (M&R experience is a plus) Strong understanding of registration, ink viscosity, mesh selection, and print quality Ability to troubleshoot printing issues quickly Comfortable printing plastisol, water-based, and specialty inks Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Experience with M&R automatic presses Experience reclaiming and preparing screens Knowledge of exposure, screen making, and production workflow Experience training or mentoring newer operators What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Produces consistent, high-quality work Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Takes ownership of their production area Communicates well with the team Wants to help improve processes and grow with the company Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus opportunities for overtime and advancement.
