Responsibilities Operate and maintain screen printing machinery, ensuring precise adjustments for optimal print quality Manage color consistency and accuracy across multiple projects using advanced color management techniques Interpret production documents and layout designs to execute accurate prints according to specifications Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to assist with layout adjustments and prepress preparations Perform routine mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment, including flexo presses and large-format printers Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare digital files, ensuring compatibility with printing hardware and software Assist in cutting, paper binding, and other finishing processes to deliver polished final products Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times Qualifications Proven experience operating screen printing equipment, large-format printers, or similar industrial machinery Strong understanding of color management, typography, layout design, and print advertising principles Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress software tools Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely Familiarity with digital printing processes and flexo press operations is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality control and problem-solving Join us in creating visually compelling products through innovative print manufacturing!
