$36.00-$42.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Pressman to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled offset press operator looking for either a temp-to-hire or direct hire position in the Pleasant Hill, CA area. Responsibilities Set up and operate offset printing presses. Read job tickets and follow manufacturing instructions. Lead and manage a press crew to ensure efficient production. Hang plates and perform make-ready for each production run. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on press equipment. Troubleshoot print quality issues and make necessary press adjustments. Inspect printed materials for quality and defects. Collaborate with prepress, bindery, and production teams to maintain an efficient workflow. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses. Experience with Komori presses is preferred. Experience with UV/LED ink printing. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent color vision and understanding of color management standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push equipment, and stand for extended periods. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Apply Today!
