We have been in business for 45 years. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. Your expertise in color management, machine operation, and prepress processes will ensure that every project meets our rigorous standards for quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our team in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional print products. Responsibilities Operate large-format digital printers, equipment with precision and safety. Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques and calibration procedures. Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct layout, dimensions, and material specifications. Perform routine mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to maintain optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, ensuring consistency and adherence to client specifications. Opportunity to utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for prepress preparation, layout design, and file adjustments. Handle finishing tasks including cutting, paper binding, and other post-printing processes to deliver a polished final product. Collaborate with the prepress team to interpret complex production documents and optimize workflows for efficiency. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all machine operations and equipment adjustments. AB Dick and or Heidleberg Press experience a plus but not required. Experience Proven experience operating digital printing machinery, including large-format printers. Strong knowledge of color management principles. Mechanical knowledge related to digital press helpful. Ability to interpret work orders accurately and execute precise machine operation tasks efficiently.
