Brands Resource Consulting Inc. is seeking a full time screen printer for hire immediately. We are looking for someone with screen printing experience, but will certainly train the right candidate. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented and teachable. This position will require standing for long periods of time, working with revolving equipment including automatic screen printing presses as well as manual Printing machines. Our ideal candidate is someone with some experience in the field but still remains coachable, and interested in learning new techniques. This position operates in a fast paced environment. Position will be 40 or more hours per week. Monday

• Friday depending on business demand.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
• Prepare screens, mix inks, and set up print jobs
• Ensure accurate color matching and print quality
• Inspect and troubleshoot prints for quality control
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
