Job Summary Honor Screenprinting & Embroidery, a veteran-owned screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products business in Junction City, is looking for a Screen Printer to join our production team. We're open to candidates with no prior experience, what matters most is an eye for design and strong attention to detail. Duties Operate and oversee screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials Manage color matching and color consistency across print jobs Interpret production documents, layout designs, and specifications to execute print jobs accurately Make mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment to maintain optimal performance Inspect prints for color accuracy, clarity, and defects before final output Adjust machine settings for different printing techniques Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Entry level, no experience required Strong eye for design and attention to detail Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines References required Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available.
