Based on Experience About the Role Kidd Company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our fast-paced production team in Clio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the screen printing process from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that garments are printed efficiently, accurately, and to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Press Setup & Breakdown:
Accurately set up screens, register artwork, mix inks, and completely tear down/clean up the press after production runs.
Loading:
Consistently and accurately load garments onto press platens at a fast production pace.
Pulling & Printing:
Operate manual or automatic screen printing presses to execute high-quality prints.
Catching & Curing:
Catch printed garments off the press, inspect for quality and registration, and run them through the conveyor dryer.
Quality Control:
Monitor print quality throughout the run, troubleshooting any issues with ink, registration, or garments as they arise.
Workspace Maintenance:
Keep the production floor, presses, and ink stations clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional screen printing experience is strictly required.
Technical Knowledge:
Proven ability to set up, register, and break down a screen printing press independently.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions (loading/pulling/catching), and lift up to 40 lbs. Attention to

A sharp eye for print quality, color accuracy, and proper garment alignment.
