Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive and fast learning individual to join our production team as a Production associate. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our screen printers with preparing orders out on press, catching shirts at the back of the dryer and being able to identify any misprints or issues with shirts coming off the press. The ideal candidate will have a background in screen printing. However, we are willing to train the right person.Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate screen printing machines
- Load materials onto the printing press and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when necessary
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the design team to create artwork for printing
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- 2+ Years of Screen Printing Preferred
- Warehouse Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints
- Familiarity with different types of inks, substrates, and printing techniques
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in fast past environment
