West New York, NJ Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Attention to detail Load & unload Full Job Description Screen Printing Press Operator Cover Stitches LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable Screen Printing Press Operator to join our production team. We are seeking someone who understands the complete screen-printing process and can help keep production running efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and a clean, organized shop.

Language:

Applicants may speak English or Spanish . Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required . Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic and/or manual screen-printing presses Set up screens, squeegees, flood bars, and inks for production Register multi-color jobs accurately Mix inks and match colors, including Pantone (PMS) colors Perform test prints and make adjustments before production Monitor print quality throughout each production run Load and unload garments and other printable products Properly cure printed garments and monitor dryer settings Break down jobs and clean equipment after production Remove ink and tape from screens Reclaim screens , including removing emulsion and preparing screens for reuse Maintain screens and screen-printing equipment Keep inks, chemicals, tools, and supplies organized Maintain a clean and safe production area Perform basic troubleshooting and press adjustments Assist with general production duties when needed Follow job specifications, work orders, and production schedules Help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time Qualifications Previous screen-printing experience preferred Experience operating an automatic screen-printing press is a plus Knowledge of screen registration and multi-color printing Experience mixing inks and matching PMS colors Understanding of screen reclaiming and screen preparation Ability to identify and correct common printing problems Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes, screens, and production materials as needed Must be able to communicate in either English or Spanish What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, keeps their work area clean, pays attention to print quality, and understands that good screen printing requires proper setup from the beginning of the job through final cleanup.
