No screen printing experience is required,we're willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Position Summary As a Screen Printing Production Specialist, you'll be involved in nearly every aspect of our custom apparel production process. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn screen printing from start to finish while also assisting with embroidery, heat press production, packaging, and other production duties as needed. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing quality work, and like being part of a team, we'd love to meet you. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility as your skills grow Responsibilities Set up and prepare screen printing jobs Burn and reclaim screens Mix inks and prepare artwork for production Operate manual screen printing equipment Print garments while maintaining high quality standards Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Fold, package, and prepare completed orders Assist with embroidery and heat press production when needed Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production area Work closely with the production team to meet customer deadlines Qualifications Strong attention to detail Organized and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented with good communication skills Able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
