This is a full time position and ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast‑paced shop. Responsibilities:

Assist press operators with setting up and tearing down jobs Mix inks and prepare screens for printing Help with screen burning, reclaiming, and cleaning Register jobs and ensure accuracy in setup Maintain a clean, organized production area Support day‑to‑day workflow and help wherever needed What We're Looking For Attention to detail above all else, the small things matter, and mistakes cost time and money. Strong work ethic, accountability, and reliability . Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new machines, techniques, and processes .
