Duties Set up and prepare manual screen printing stations, ensuring screens are correctly aligned and ink is properly prepared for each job Operate manual screen printing presses with precision to produce consistent, high-quality prints on various substrates such as textiles, paper, or plastics Mix and match colors accurately using color theory principles to achieve desired hues and effects Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace to ensure optimal print quality and safety standards Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed for flawless results Collaborate with design teams to interpret artwork files, ensuring accurate reproduction of visual concepts including typography, illustrations, and digital designs Follow safety procedures and best practices during all stages of the printing process to prevent accidents and equipment damage Requirements Proven experience in manual screen printing or related production roles within a creative or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools for preparing artwork files Knowledge of art direction principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques Ability to interpret digital design files accurately and translate them into physical prints with attention to detail Familiarity with hand-drawn illustration techniques and graphic design illustration is a plus Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to screen printing equipment operation Join us in creating visually stunning products that showcase your artistic talent combined with technical mastery!
