Key Responsibilities Pre-Production & Setup:

Count, organize, and prepare incoming apparel and orders based on the daily production schedule. Help set up the printing presses.

Screen Maintenance:

Prepare, coat, expose, and clean printing screens during various stages of the production process.

Production Assistance:

Assist with loading and pulling garments during live print runs.

Post-Production & Shipping:

Count, pack, and organize finished outbound orders for customer pickup or shipping.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous screen printing or shop experience is a plus, but not required. We are fully willing to train motivated individuals!

Environment:

Must be comfortable working in a physical, non-air-conditioned shop environment (especially during warmer months).

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, basic counting/organizational skills, and a solid work ethic.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a tight-knit team.
