Responsibilities Assist with setting up and preparing screen printing equipment for daily production runs Support the Master Printer in all aspects of screen printing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop workspace, tools, and materials Collaborate with others to ensure timely completion of orders and meet quality standards Support the inventory management of supplies, including inks, screens, and other materials Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all equipment and chemicals used in screen printing Experience Prior experience or familiarity with screen printing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic understanding of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator helpful but not necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately in a production environment. Enthusiasm for learning new skills related to print production, color theory, and visual arts techniques This position offers a chance to train under a master printer with 40 years experience.

Pay:
