Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printroom Manager to oversee daily print operations. This role is responsible for managing production workflow, maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and leading printroom staff to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the printroom Operate and maintain printing equipment (DTG, screen print, embroidery machines, etc. if applicable) Schedule and prioritize print jobs to meet deadlines Ensure quality control standards are met for all printed materials Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed Monitor inventory of supplies (ink, paper, garments, etc.) and place orders when necessary Train, supervise, and support printroom staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate with management and other departments regarding job status and timelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in print production or a related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift and move materials as needed (typically up to 50 lbs) Benefits (if applicable): Flexible pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement
