Duties Operate and monitor assembly line equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble components accurately and efficiently Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to move materials safely within the production area Follow safety standards in production, adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment for all team members Conduct routine inspections of machinery and assembly processes to identify opportunities for process improvement Interpret production documents, work orders, and technical specifications to complete tasks correctly Assist with warehouse activities such as managing inventory, loading/unloading materials with forklifts, and maintaining organized workspaces Experience Proven assembly line experience with a strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes Hands-on experience using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with warehouse operations, forklift operation certification is advantageous but not mandatory Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent manual handling skills to support continuous production flow Join us in creating quality products through teamwork, innovation, and dedication.
