$13.00+/hour

1st & 2nd Shift Available Job Summary We are hiring Automotive Parts Assemblers to join a busy automotive manufacturing team in Scottsboro. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get started in manufacturing — no previous experience is required! You will help assemble automotive parts and may work around robotic welding equipment as part of the production process. Training is provided. Responsibilities Assemble automotive parts and components Follow work instructions and production procedures Inspect parts for quality and proper assembly Operate basic production equipment as trained Work safely around robotic welding equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality standards Perform other general manufacturing duties as assigned Qualifications No previous manufacturing experience required Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to work as part of a team Why Apply?
