Job Description

Bodine Studios is seeking a full-time Structural/Architectural Welder to join our growing team. We specialize in the fabrication and installation of structural steel for commercial construction and residential projects. While our primary focus is structural steel, we also have various architectural and ornamental metal fabrication projects. Most projects are fabricated in our shop and professionally installed on-site. Occasional travel is required. When travel is necessary, lodging, meals, and travel time are fully paid. We currently DO NOT offer insurance. Pay is competitive and based on experience, knowledge, and skill level. Minimum Qualifications Current welding certification required. Proficient in Stick (SMAW) and/or MIG (GMAW) welding. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings. Experience fitting and fabricating structural steel. Working knowledge of fabrication tools and shop equipment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must pass a pre-employment weld test. This is not an entry-level position. Previous structural steel fabrication and welding experience is required.
