Join Our Team as a Production Assembler 1 We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our manufacturing floor, where you will handle various mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties essential to our daily operations. This position operates on a first-shift schedule, typically starting between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with the expectation that you can assist with evening or weekend overtime when production demands require it. Your Contributions to Our Success Execute various mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks by strictly adhering to established work orders and technical instructions. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all company safety protocols and sensitive requirements. Demonstrate high-quality workmanship by completing hands-on assembly evaluations during the recruitment phase. Work effectively with your peers and supervisors, remain open to professional feedback, and ensure consistent attendance to fulfill your scheduled hours. Assist in meeting our production goals by facilitating smooth shift transitions and participating in necessary overtime work. Qualifications for Success Possession of a high school diploma or a recognized equivalent. Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to maintaining a consistent attendance record. A proactive attitude toward learning, receiving coaching, and following precise instructions. Ability to successfully pass an FAA drug screening and participate in ongoing random drug testing, as this is a safety-sensitive position. Successful completion of a practical, hands-on assembly assessment. Additional Qualifications Previous experience or a background working as an auto mechanic may be taken into account for this Assembler 1 position. Compensation The pay range for this position is $14.40 - $18.00 per hour.
