• Hand Solderer to join their growing team. The Assembler
• Hand Solderer will focus on high-quality assembly and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBA's) using both SMT and through-hole components. The ideal Assembler
• Hand Solderer has at least 2 years of experience soldering PCBA's and knowledge of the IPC-610 and

IPC-7711

standards. The Assembler

Hand Solderer Job Responsibilities:

Hand-solder SMT & Through-Hole Components on PCB's. Perform Rework & Install Fine-Pitch Components Under a Microscope Read & follow Bill of Materials (BOM) & Assembler Drawings Solder to Both RoHS & Non-RoHS Standards Perform Solder Touch-Ups & Ensure Quality Standards are Met Follow

ISO & ESD

Procedures Experience with

IPC-610 & IPS-7711

Standards Use Hot Air Rework Stations & Other Tools as Needed Maintain a Clean, Organized Workspace & Follow Traveler Instructions Report any Issues Assembler•

Hand Solderer Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ Years of Experience Soldering PCBA's in a Manufacturing Environment Hands-On Knowledge of

IPC-610 & IPC-7711

Standards is a Plus Ability to Read & Speak English Fluently Must be Comfortable Working Under Magnification Ability to Lift 25 Lbs 7 use Both Hands Safely & Effectively Strong Attention to Detail Must be
