• What will you be doing as an Associate Tech?
• Responsibilities include:
• Coating, Finishing, and Surfacing Support:
• Assist across departments with clipping, machine operation, tinting, beveling, and lens washing to support production.
• Equipment Operation & Setup:
• Operate coating, edging, blocking, and polishing machines; load chemicals and prepare lenses for processing.
• Lens Preparation & Assembly:
• Block, tape, mark alignment, and mount lenses into frames to ensure proper fit and quality.
• Quality Inspection & Assurance:
• Inspect lenses throughout all stages to ensure they meet optical and cosmetic standards.
