FTC expects that all staff work cohesively to ensure an environment of helpfulness and safety for all its team members. All employees are expected to assist whenever and wherever possible to ensure a smooth workflow and transition into the customers locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize the packing area to ensure it is clean and functional throughout the day. Collect meal items for packing, package and box meals per daily counts. Sanitize workstations and equipment before use. Assist in stocking ingredients in pantries, refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas. Assist with facility cleaning adhering to the regular posted cleaning schedule. Inspect items for spoilage or signs of contamination such as mold or bacteria. Ensure adherence to all industry safety standards and guidelines. Ensure accurate time clock punching and timecard reporting. Maintain effective communication between the cooking area staff and the packing area staff to ensure a smooth production line. Communicate all issues and concerns with the General Manager and/or Upper Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Food Handlers Certificate (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required) High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) Must read and write English (Preferred)
