The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components into finished products, ensuring adherence to precise specifications and quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced electro-mechanical components, supporting the production of high-quality equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately connect components such as PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), electrical panels, and electro-mechanical parts. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology techniques to complete assemblies. Verify assembly quality by inspecting against IPC 610 standards and schematics, ensuring compliance with specifications. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Document assembly steps and record test results accurately for quality control purposes. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in electronics assembly Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is preferred not a must. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm or 7am-3:30p This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about electronics manufacturing and precision assembly. We welcome applicants committed to quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement in a dynamic production setting.
