Responsibilities:

• Start up and shutdown of weld stations in accordance with Aqua-Hot's manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
• Prepare, assemble, and weld materials
• Weld product subassemblies and final assemblies
• Test products and subassemblies for functionality and quality
• Measure and record data associated to manufacturing processes
• Maintain inventory of job materials
• Clean production equipment or work areas

Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented
• Team oriented and quality focused
• Great communication and written skills
• Ability to do basic math
• Ability to rotate to other areas when directed by the business
• Have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• The want and desire to work for the company
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test
• Must be able to perform basic MIG and TIG welding - minimum 1-year experience as welder
• Previous experience in Lean/TOC/5S etc.

Physical Qualifications:

constant standing, repeat hand, arm, and upper body movement - push, pull, reach, bend and stoop

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
