Factory Assembly Technician

Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Assembly Technician and become a vital part of creating high-quality products through precise and efficient assembly processes. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling components, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that all parts meet strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to innovative manufacturing solutions. Your attention to detail and hands-on expertise will drive the success of our production line, supporting our commitment to excellence. Duties Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate assembly Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math calculations Conduct fabrication tasks including welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication of parts as needed Use forklift and warehouse experience to handle materials safely within the production area Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to manual handling guidelines Inspect finished assemblies for quality compliance using precision measuring instruments and shop math techniques Skills Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, fabrication, welding, and machining processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools effectively Ability to interpret technical documents related to manufacturing processes and assembly instructions Experience with soldering, welding, and precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers Familiarity with warehouse operations including forklift handling and material movement Knowledge of shop math principles necessary for accurate measurements and calculations in manufacturing settings Join us in delivering top-tier manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
