This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment, utilizing mechanical skills and hand tools to assemble components with precision. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our manufacturing process, ensuring we meet production goals while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble products and components on the manufacturing line using hand tools and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the facility. Conduct routine inspections of assembly parts and completed products to identify defects or issues. Follow safety protocols consistently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory procedures. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas, supporting warehouse operations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe and efficient environment. Document production activities accurately, including logging completed tasks and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity working on an assembly line. Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly processes is highly advantageous. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly tasks. Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts. Basic understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing setting. Warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
