Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling sheet metal components according to work instructions, prints, and quality standards while maintaining productivity and safety expectations. Key Responsibilities Assemble sheet metal parts and components using hand and power tools Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Operate small shop equipment as required (riveters, presses, drills, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production schedules and output requirements Communicate issues or defects to supervisors promptly Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but not required) Ability to read basic blueprints or willingness to learn Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid time off and holidays Training and opportunities for advancement Stable work environment with a supportive team
