Ability to place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints and connect parts at joints using hammers, presses, saws or pneumatic staple guns Assemble pre-cut wooden part to build trusses and similar supports of wall sections used in building construction Ability to stand for 8+ hours Ability to lift 100 lbs consistently Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach Ability to work in a fast paced and labor intensive environment. Able to work outside in extreme temperatures.
