Job Title:

Aviation Assembler Job Description This role focuses on performing a variety of manufacturing and production tasks related to aerospace assembly. You will work at a designated workstation, follow detailed work instructions in English, and complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency while wiring aerospace circuit breakers and assembling small winding components in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Read and follow detailed work instructions in English to complete aerospace assembly tasks accurately. Wire aerospace circuit breakers according to established specifications and quality standards. Perform small winding assembly and related sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and methods. Work at a designated workstation and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Perform repetitive manufacturing and production tasks with consistent quality and attention to detail. Follow all applicable facility rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements associated with working in an ITAR-controlled environment. Essential Skills Ability to read and understand work instructions in English. Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with assembly tasks, including wiring and mechanical assembly. Ability to wire aerospace circuit breakers and perform small winding assembly. Comfort performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Ability to comply with requirements for working in an ITAR-controlled facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly. Familiarity with working at a dedicated workstation in a structured production setting. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fine assembly and wiring tasks. Ability to follow standardized processes and contribute to a team-oriented production environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
