Duties Perform oil and fluid changes efficiently on a variety of standard passenger cars using appropriate hand tools and power tools Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns Assist with tire service including rotations, replacements, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance Support minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, alignments, and other light maintenance tasks Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot common issues and determine necessary repairs Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts in compliance with safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, minor mechanical repairs, tire service, and alignment work is a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment safely and effectively Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform maintenance tasks involving heavy lifting Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers Embark on a career that fuels your passion for vehicles!
