• Job Title: Assembly Line Production Worker

• This role focuses on assembling seat components on a production line in a modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. You will use basic hand and power tools to build and assemble parts while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The position requires standing for the duration of the shift and working mandatory overtime on a regular basis.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble seat parts and components on the production line according to work instructions and quality standards.

+ Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently to perform assembly tasks.

+ Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating tools and working on the line.

+ Stand for the full duration of the shift while performing repetitive assembly tasks.

+ Meet daily production goals by working at a consistent and efficient pace.

+ Inspect assembled parts for defects or issues and ensure products meet quality requirements.

+ Report any equipment, tool, or product issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

+ Work mandatory overtime weekly and be prepared to work 5060 hours per week as needed.

+ Adapt to shift changes, starting on first shift and transitioning to second shift as scheduled.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.

• Essential Skills
• + Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand how parts fit and work together.

+ Experience or comfort with manufacturing assembly work.

+ Ability to use basic hand tools safely and correctly.

+ Ability to use basic power tools safely and correctly.

+ Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime, including 5060 hours per week.

+ Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts and overtime.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with tools and machinery. + Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial. + Ability to adapt to changing shift schedules, including moving from first to second shift. + Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. + Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Environment
• Work takes place inside a brand new, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that stays cool throughout the year.

The role is performed on a production line with regular use of basic hand and power tools. You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift. The initial schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second shift running approximately 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Mandatory weekly overtime is required, and total hours can range from 50 to 60 per week.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
